The posting

Nosso cliente atua no mercado de soluções e equipamentos para academias, oferecendo produtos voltados à estruturação e modernização de espaços fitness. Com uma trajetória de crescimento e foco em oportunidades de negócio, busca um(a) profissional para atuar como Consultor(a) Comercial Externo para captar novos clientes, fortalecer parcerias comerciais e ampliar sua atuação no mercado.

Atividades:

  • Realizar atendimento a clientes por telefone, presencialmente na loja e em visitas externas
  • Identificar necessidades dos clientes e oferecer soluções adequadas em equipamentos fitness;
  • Elaborar projetos de implantação de academias, em parceria com a equipe de gestão;
  • Gerenciar carteira de clientes, acompanhando o relacionamento e garantindo fidelização;
  • Prospectar novos clientes e divulgar produtos da empresa no mercado;
  • Negociar condições comerciais, prazos e formas de pagamento, visando fechar contratos de venda;
  • Realizar visitas técnicas e comerciais para apresentação de produtos e propostas;
  • Acompanhar o processo de entrega, instalação e pós-venda, garantindo a satisfação do cliente;
  • Participar de treinamentos e ações de divulgação para atualização sobre portfólio e tendências do setor;
  • Manter relatórios atualizados sobre contatos, propostas e resultados de vendas.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Médio completo ou Graduação em andamento ou concluída nas áreas de Administração, Educação Física, Marketing, Gestão Comercial ou correlatas.
  • Conhecimento no Pacote Office, principalmente Excel;
  • Vivência comprovada em atendimento ao cliente e vendas consultivas, preferencialmente em bens de consumo duráveis ou equipamentos.
  • Possuir CNH ativa e desejável possuir automóvel;
  • Proatividade e determinação para alcançar resultados;
  • Organização e disciplina no acompanhamento da carteira de clientes;
  • Comunicação clara, assertiva e persuasiva;
  • Facilidade em criar e manter relacionamentos de longo prazo com clientes;
  • Capacidade de apresentar produtos de forma envolvente e convincente;
  • Comprometimento com metas e foco em superar expectativas;
  • Espírito empreendedor, com vontade de crescer e construir carreira em uma empresa sólida em expansão.

Período de Trabalho:

  • Segunda à Quinta -feira das 9h às 19h (intervalo para almoço)
  • Sexta- feira das 09 às 18h
  • Sábados das 10h às 16h, com escala de trabalho x folga.
