The posting

Nosso cliente, que é uma construtora de empreendimentos residenciais verticais e comerciais, busca profissional para atuar na coordenação financeira da empresa, na busca de melhorias internas, desenvolvimento da empresa e do setor financeiro através de estruturação de processos e profissionalização.

Atividades:

  • Gestão de Rotinas: Supervisionar o ciclo de contas a pagar e a receber, emissão de notas fiscais, faturamento e conciliação bancária.
  • Controle de Fluxo de Caixa: Elaborar e monitorar projeções de caixa (diárias, semanais e mensais) para garantir capital de giro adequado.
  • Liderança de Equipe: Coordenar, treinar e desenvolver os analistas e assistentes da área, acompanhando o atingimento de metas do setor.
  • Relatórios Gerenciais: Consolidar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e elaborar relatórios para a gerência ou diretoria.
  • Relacionamento Bancário: Negociar taxas, tarifas, linhas de crédito e investimentos com instituições financeiras.
  • Conformidade Fiscal e Tributária: Garantir o cumprimento das obrigações acessórias, apuração de impostos e emissão de certidões negativas.

Requisitos:

  • Formação acadêmica na área de Administração, Economia ou Ciências Contábeis
  • Pós-graduação em Finanças ou Controladoria
  • Desejável experiência com o sistema Sienge e Power BI
  • Conhecimento em DRE, conciliação bancária, fluxo de caixa e relatórios gerenciais
  • Habilidade em negociação e relatórios
  • Comunicação clara e assertiva;Visão analítica
