The posting

Nosso cliente está em busca de um(a) profissional com experiência no segmento óptico, perfil de liderança e forte orientação para resultados. Será responsável pela gestão comercial, operacional e administrativa da loja, pelo desenvolvimento da equipe e pela excelência no atendimento ao cliente, exercendo a função de Gerente de Ótica.

Atividades:

  • Liderar, orientar e acompanhar a equipe de vendas, atualmente composta por duas profissionais;
  • Desenvolver metas comerciais e garantir o cumprimento dos indicadores da loja;
  • Acompanhar o desempenho individual e coletivo da equipe, promovendo orientações e ações de desenvolvimento;
  • Gerenciar a rotina operacional e administrativa da unidade;
  • Monitorar o estoque, os pedidos e a disponibilidade dos produtos;
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de organização, exposição e apresentação da loja;
  • Acompanhar o atendimento ao cliente, assegurando uma experiência de compra de excelência;
  • Atuar na resolução de dúvidas, solicitações e situações relacionadas ao atendimento;
  • Desenvolver e gerenciar parcerias comerciais estratégicas para ampliar os resultados da loja;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos, no atendimento e no desempenho comercial;
  • Garantir a correta execução das rotinas de abertura, funcionamento e fechamento da unidade.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência mínima de cinco anos em ótica ou gestão de loja;
  • Ensino Superior completo ou formação técnica em Consultoria Óptica, Técnico em Óptica, Optometria ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento técnico relacionado ao segmento óptico;
  • Experiência com liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes;
  • Vivência com gestão de metas e indicadores comerciais;
  • Conhecimento de rotinas operacionais e administrativas de loja;
  • Experiência com controle de estoque e pedidos;
  • Perfil comercial, proativo e orientado para resultados;
  • Capacidade de organização, planejamento e acompanhamento das atividades;
  • Comunicação clara e habilidade para lidar com clientes, equipe e parceiros comerciais;
  • Comprometimento com a qualidade do atendimento e a experiência do cliente;
  • Disponibilidade para contratação efetiva pelo regime CLT;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Florianópolis.

O perfil ideal deverá combinar conhecimento técnico do segmento óptico com habilidade para desenvolver pessoas, estabelecer parcerias e identificar oportunidades de crescimento para a loja.
