The posting

Nosso cliente atua no segmento de agenciamento de cargas nacionais e internacionais, oferecendo soluções logísticas para empresas que buscam eficiência e segurança em suas operações de transporte. Busca um(a) Sales Executive para atuar na prospecção de novos negócios, desenvolvimento de carteira de clientes e gestão do relacionamento comercial, com foco em resultados, expansão de mercado e fidelização de clientes.

Atividades:

  • Prospectar novos clientes e identificar oportunidades de negócios;
  • Realizar visitas comerciais para apresentação de serviços de agenciamento de cargas nacionais e internacionais;
  • Elaborar, apresentar e negociar propostas comerciais, visando ao fechamento de contratos e ao atingimento de metas;
  • Desenvolver e manter relacionamento com clientes, buscando fidelização e expansão da carteira;
  • Acompanhar cotações, embarques e demandas comerciais, garantindo a satisfação dos clientes;
  • Monitorar o mercado, identificando tendências e oportunidades de crescimento.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior Completo em Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais, Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas;
  • Possui Pós-graduação na área será considerada um diferencial.
  • Experiência na área comercial, preferencialmente no segmento de agenciamento de cargas ou comércio exterior;
  • Conhecimento do mercado de comércio exterior e logística internacional;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de CRM;
  • Possuir Inglês intermediário, com capacidade de comunicação em situações profissionais;
  • Possuir CNH categoria B;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes, em média quatro vezes por semana para visitas aos clientes e participações em feiras e congressos;
  • Habilidade em prospecção, negociação e desenvolvimento de relacionamentos comerciais;
  • Modelo Contratação: PJ/MEI.

Benefícios:

  • Day off no aniversário;
  • Comissionamento: 10% sobre o lucro líquido gerado pela carteira de clientes;

Período de Trabalho:

  • Segunda a sexta-feira das das 8h às 18h18, com 1h40 de intervalo para almoço;
