Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar com vendas internas técnicas, realizando atendimento no balcão e via telefone/WhatsApp, oferecendo soluções completas aos clientes com base no portfólio de produtos de segurança eletrônica, redes e automação.

Essa posição é ideal para quem tem perfil consultivo, dinâmico e gosta de tecnologia, com foco em entender a necessidade do cliente e indicar a melhor solução.

Atividades principais:

  • Realizar atendimento a clientes no balcão, telefone e canais digitais
  • Identificar necessidades e oferecer soluções técnicas adequadas
  • Elaborar orçamentos e propostas comerciais
  • Efetuar vendas e acompanhar pedidos
  • Prestar suporte técnico básico sobre produtos (pré-venda)
  • Sugerir combinações de produtos (venda consultiva / kits)
  • Manter relacionamento com clientes (instaladores, técnicos, empresas e consumidor final)
  • Apoiar na organização e reposição de produtos no balcão
  • Cumprir metas de vendas e indicadores comerciais Requisitos necessários:
  • Experiência com vendas internas, preferencialmente técnicas
  • Será diferencial conhecimento em segurança eletrônica, redes, elétrica ou tecnologia
  • Colabora se tiver familiaridade com produtos como: Câmeras de segurança (CFTV/IP) DVR/NVR Sensores e alarmes Controle de acesso Redes e conectividade Experiência com atendimento a instaladores ou empresas técnicas Vivência em distribuidoras ou lojas do segmento Conhecimento em marcas e soluções do mercado de segurança eletrônica Facilidade com sistemas e ferramentas de vendas
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de negociação
