Deine Aufgaben

  • Personaladministration: Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden entlang des Employee Lifecycle, Pflege von Personalstammdaten, Eintritte, Austritte, interne Veränderungen
  • Recruiting: Steuerung des Recruitingprozesses von Bedarfsklärung über Stellenausschreibung und Bewerberauswahl bis zur Einstellung, Koordination von Interviews sowie Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen unter Nutzung von Personio
  • Entgeltabrechnung: Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung inklusive Pflege aller abrechnungsrelevanten Daten in DATEV
  • Personalzeitwirtschaft: Pflege von Arbeitszeit- und Abwesenheitsdaten, Klärung von Rückfragen, Weiterentwicklung der Zeitwirtschaftsprozesse
  • Digitale HR-Verwaltung & Reporting: Tägliche Arbeit mit Personio, SharePoint, digitale Zeiterfassung (Avero), Erstellung von HR-Reports und Statistiken, Digitalisierung von Prozessen

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung & Kompetenz: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder vergleichbar
  • Fachkenntnisse: Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Personalwesen, idealerweise im Mittelstand oder in einem industrienahen Umfeld
  • Rechtskenntnisse: Sicheres Know-how im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Softwarekenntnisse (wünschenswert): Personio, DATEV, Microsoft 365, Avero, digitale Affinität, KI-Tools
  • Empathie & Kommunikation: Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Menschen und kommunizierst klar und verbindlich. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie solide Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
  • Struktur & Selbstständigkeit: Du arbeitest organisiert, denkst prozessorientiert und behältst den Überblick. Aufgaben gehst du selbstständig, sorgfältig und mit Blick auf Qualität und Serviceorientierung an
