Dann werde Teil unseres Teams! Als Finanzbuchhalter oder Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d) übernimmst du die laufende Buchhaltung mehrerer Unternehmen unserer Firmengruppe. Dich erwarten abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben, eigenständige Verantwortung und die Möglichkeit, bestehende Buchhaltungsprozesse aktiv weiterzuentwickeln.

Wir sind das kaufmännische Zentrum der RIVA-Gruppe und übernehmen für unsere Partnerunternehmen – von innovativer Energietechnik bis zum Fassadenbau für internationale Architekturprojekte – die komplette Buchhaltung, das Controlling, HR, IT, Einkauf und Marketing. Immer smart, effizient und mit klarer Zukunftsausrichtung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Finanzbuchhaltung: Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung für mehrere Unternehmen unserer Firmengruppe
  • Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung: Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Zahlungsverkehr: Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs, Überwachung offener Posten und Unterstützung im Mahnwesen
  • Monatsabschlüsse: Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen
  • Steuerliche Angelegenheiten: Unterstützung bei Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und weiteren steuerlichen Meldungen
  • Kontenabstimmung: Abstimmung und Pflege von Sach-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, beispielsweise in einer Steuerkanzlei oder einem mittelständischen Unternehmen
  • Fachkenntnisse: Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht und in der Rechnungslegung
  • Softwarekenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und MS Office
  • Arbeitsweise: Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Persönlichkeit: Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse
