Als SPS-Programmierer/Softwareentwickler für Brennstoffzellen (m/w/d) gestalten Sie die softwareseitige Entwicklung moderner Brennstoffzellentechnologien aktiv mit. Sie entwickeln und programmieren Lösungen für automatisierte Abläufe, schaffen verlässliche Steuerungsstrukturen und tragen dazu bei, technologische Konzepte systematisch weiterzuentwickeln und praktisch erprobbar zu machen.

In Ihrer Position verbinden Sie SPS-Programmierung und Softwareentwicklung mit den spezifischen Anforderungen der Brennstoffzellentechnologie. Dabei übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die technische Umsetzung, stimmen sich eng mit angrenzenden Fachdisziplinen ab und begleiten Entwicklungsprozesse von der Konzeption bis zur Anwendung. Ihr Beitrag schafft die Grundlage für reproduzierbare Abläufe, transparente Prozesse und eine zuverlässige technische Weiterentwicklung. Die Position bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen einzubringen, Lösungswege mitzugestalten und technische Entscheidungen unmittelbar mitzuprägen.

RIVA Power Systems ist eine eigenständige Technologiegesellschaft innerhalb der RIVA-Gruppe. Sie wurde gegründet, um Forschung, Entwicklung und die spätere Industrialisierung moderner Brennstoffzellentechnologien unabhängig vom operativen Projektgeschäft voranzutreiben. Sie arbeiten in einer jungen Organisation mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen, hoher Eigenverantwortung und enger interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit. Gleichzeitig profitieren Sie vom Rückhalt der RIVA-Gruppe sowie vom Zugang zu umfassender Engineering-, Fertigungs- und Unternehmenskompetenz. Bringen Sie Ihre Erfahrung in SPS-Programmierung und Softwareentwicklung ein und gestalten Sie die technologische Entwicklung von RIVA Power Systems aktiv mit.

Deine Aufgaben

Systementwicklung & Konzeption

  • Anforderungen und Probleme analysieren und in technische Spezifikationen sowie umsetzbare Aufgabenpakete übersetzen
  • Systemarchitektur und Schnittstellen planen (Controller/Steuergerät, Kommunikation, Regelung) inkl. Anbindung an EMS, BMS, Batterie und Brennstoffzelle
  • Konzept und Auslegung von DC-/AC-Ladelösungen inkl. Hochvolt-Sicherheit sowie Schütz- und Schutzkonzepten
  • Auswahl und Integration von DC/DC- und DC/AC-Wandlern sowie Absicherung der Produktreife für Kundenanwendungen

Software- & Steuerungsentwicklung

  • Steuerungssoftware entwickeln (Automatik- und Sicherheitsfunktionen, Kommunikation, Messdatenerfassung/Logging sowie HMI)
  • Programmierung mit CODESYS / SPS sowie C und C++
  • Workflow- und Integrationstools wie Node-RED einsetzen

Test, Validierung & Optimierung

  • Simulation, Debugging, Test und Troubleshooting durchführen
  • Software und Systeme kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln und optimieren

Dokumentation & Qualitätssicherung

  • Technische Dokumentationen erstellen, pflegen und aktuell halten

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder abgeschlossene Technikerausbildung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der SPS Programmierung, Bedienoberflächen und Sicherheitstechnik
  • Kenntnisse in der Schaltplanerstellung mit ePlan
  • Erfahrung im Schaltschrankbau und in der industriellen Endmontage
  • Kenntnisse in verfahrenstechnischen Prozessen
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eigene Lösungsvorschläge
