Mplus Türkiye, Ar-Ge merkezinde geliştirdiği yapay zekâ destekli iletişim merkezi teknolojileriyle, müşterilerinin ihtiyaçlarına özel çözümler sunuyor. Müşterilerinin temas ettiği her iletişim kanalında aktif çözüm ve danışmanlık sağlayan şirket, 7/24 kesintisiz teknik desteğin yanı sıra müşteri hizmetleri, müşteri deneyimi, tahsilat yönetimi, sosyal medya ve backoffice yönetimi alanlarındaki projeleriyle de öne çıkıyor. Bu çalışmalarıyla yeni nesil müşteri yönetimi ve memnuniyeti anlayışına yön veriyor.

Genel Nitelikler:

  • Min. Önlisans mezunu,
  • Min. 1 yıl Takım Lideri deneyimi olan, bankacılık projesi deneyimi tercih sebebidir,
  • MS Office programlarını etkin kullanabilen,
  • Raporlama yapabilen ve analitik düşünebilen,
  • Ekibin motivasyon ve enerjisini üst düzeyde tutabilecek,
  • Planlama ve organizasyon yeteneğine sahip,
  • Dinamik ve yoğun bir tempoda çalışabilecek,
  • Sorumluluk sahibi, inisiyatif kullanabilen,
  • İletişim becerileri ve İnsan ilişkileri kuvvetli,
  • Takım çalışmasına yatkın,
  • Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış,

Görev Tanımı:

  • Ekibindeki Müşteri Temsilcilerinin çağrısını değerlendirip, anlık olarak geri bildirim vermek, kalite ekibinden gelen geri bildirimlerle ilgili aksiyonları almak,
  • Ekibe proje hedeflerinin gerçekleşmesi doğrultusunda liderlik yapmak,
  • Projeye ait dataların import, export durumlarını periyodik olarak kontrol etmek,
  • Günlük olarak ekibin login-logout kontrollerini yapmak, ekibin zamanında çağrı almaya başlamasını sağlamak,
  • Kendisine bağlı olan ekibin günlük puantaj girişini ve kontrolünü gerçekleştirmek,
  • Operasyon içerisinde müşteri temsilcilerinin çalışmasına engel olacak her türlü durumu zaman geçirmeden ilgili departmana iletmek, raporlamak ve çözümünü sağlamak,
  • Kendisine bağlı olan ekibin proje hedefleri doğrultusunda günlük ve aylık performans ve verimlilik hedeflerini kontrol etmek, ekibine düzenli geribildirim vermek,
  • Haftalık olarak düzenli ekip toplantıları yapmak, çalışanların fikirlerini dinlemek ve yönetime aktarmak,
  • Ekibinin aylık ve yıllık performans değerlendirmelerini yapmak.
  • Operasyonel konuları ilgili Operasyon Yöneticisi’ ne raporlamak,
  • Belli periyotlarda müşteri ile kalibrasyon toplantıları gerçekleştirmek,
  • Gerekli görülen durumlarda işe alım sürecinde müşteri temsilcisi mülakatlarına katılmak.
