Position: Multilingual Customer Support Representative – Betting Project

Responsibilities:

  • Provide multilingual customer support for an online betting platform.
  • Respond to inquiries through live chat and offline messaging.
  • Assist customers with account management and platform-related questions.

Requirements:

German: Minimum B2 level

Turkish: Minimum B2 level

English: Minimum B1 level

Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours:

  • 24/7 operation with shifts based on German time.
  • Live chat support until midnight.
  • Offline message support between 00:00 and 09:00 (German time).
