Görev Tanımı:

  • Gelen çağrılara yönelik hedefler doğrultusunda, belirlenmiş konuşma kalitesine uygun olarak doğru cevap verilmesi,
  • Müşteri ile ilk kontakta çözülemeyen problemleri ilgili birimlere iletmek,
  • Ürüne yönelik her türlü özelliklerini ayrıntılı bilgi ve müşteri ihtiyaçlarına göre ürünü sunmak için sürekli güncel tutmak, bunun için gerekli kaynakları kullanmak (web sitesi, eğitim belgeleri vb. etkinleştirmek),
  • Ürün ve ekran eğitimlerine katılarak ortak doğru bilgi aktarımı,
  • Sorun veya kırılmalar çözülmüş olan sürede geri dönüş görülmesi ve kısa sürede arama yapılması, bilgilendirme yapılması/ süreç takibi ve sonuçlandırılması,
  • Çalışma günü, saatlerine ve mola, yemek düzenine uyum göstermek,
  • Takım Liderleri ve üst yöneticilerinden gelen geri bildirimleri dikkate alarak aksiyon almak,
  • Projeye özel KPI'lara ulaşmak için gerekli performansı göstermek,
  • Projede kullanılan programlara hakim olmak ve doğru kullanmak.
