Mplus Turkije, een toonaangevende aanbieder van outsourcingdiensten, maakt deel uit van de internationaal succesvolle Mplus Group en ondersteunt met meer dan 14.500 medewerkers wereldwijd meer dan 300 klanten uit diverse sectoren. Als het grootste lid van de groep, gevestigd in Istanbul, bedienen wij internationale projecten vanuit heel Turkije – in meer dan 30 talen.

Voor ons groeiende team zijn wij op zoek naar Nederlandstalige klantenservicemedewerkers (m/v/x) voor het DHL Backoffice -project – een van de toonaangevende merken in de internationale logistiek en pakketbezorging.

In deze functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten van DHL en bied je hen ondersteuning met vriendelijkheid, empathie en professionele oplossingen.

Jouw taken: • Schriftelijke ondersteuning van DHL-klanten. • Beantwoorden van vragen over zendingen, levertijden, tracking, enz. • Oplossen van klantproblemen, klachten of adreswijzigingen. • Samenwerking met andere afdelingen om een soepele service te garanderen.

Jouw profiel: • Vloeiend Nederlands in woord en geschrift (C1+ of moedertaalniveau). • Engels op minimaal B1-niveau – nodig voor training en systeemnavigatie. • Idealiter enige ervaring in klantenservice, vooral in de logistieke of e-commerce sector is een pluspunt. • Digitale vaardigheden en vertrouwd met gangbare pc-toepassingen. • Zelfstandig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht werken. • Sterke klantgerichtheid, geduld en goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
