What you will bring

  • Minimum C1 English language skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What you will be doing

  • Manage incoming service requests in a timely, efficient, and effective way
  • Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor all open requests for technicians, ensuring the prompt delivery of service to meet our contractual terms and conditions
  • Maintain effective and timely communication with technicians and obtain regular progress updates for outstanding work
  • Drive and support the successful execution of activities assigned to technicians within a geography
  • Ensure awareness of resource deficiency and technician productivity is shared effectively and efficiently
  • Manage/coordinate spare parts
  • Ensure correct and timely administrative tasks completion
  • Work in a team environment and interact with multiple internal teams
  • Work with other team members to resolve unique and extraordinary circumstances
  • Deliver on predefined priorities and ensure SLAs are achieved
  • Identify situations and drive resolution of all events that may cause a miss of the company’s contractual obligations
