Wil jij deel uitmaken van ons dynamische team op de afdeling Fleet Letselschade? Wij MSIG Europe zoeken een getalenteerde/gemotiveerde/ervaren Letselschadebehandelaar (Claims Handler letselschade) die met passie en professionaliteit letselschadedossiers uit het verkeer behandelt.

Hoe ziet jouw rol eruit?

Als Letselschadebehandelaar ben je verantwoordelijk voor de zorgvuldige beoordeling en afwikkeling van letselschadedossiers. Het ervaren letselteam staat klaar om samen complexe schades tot in de puntjes te behandelen. Belangrijk in jouw rol is het vermogen om informatie in een dossier te interpreteren, toe te passen en om te zetten in een goede en kundige beoordeling van de schade en de schadereserve. Ook kom je in contact met verzekerden en advocaten. Je schakelt met de specifieke specialisten (zoals een schaderegelaar, advocaten, arbeidsdeskundigen en medisch adviseurs) en je onderzoekt vooral wat het slachtoffer nodig heeft.

  • Empathie: In het contact met de gedupeerde ga je op empathische wijze om met de afwikkeling van de schade. Jouw doel is niet alleen juridische correctheid, maar ook het bieden van een persoonlijke benadering.
  • Effectieve Communicatie: Je schakelt soepel met diverse belanghebbenden, waaronder verzekerden, advocaten en specialisten zoals schaderegelaars, arbeidsdeskundigen, en medisch adviseurs. Hierbij is heldere communicatie van essentieel belang.
  • Proactieve Benadering: Naast het volgen van de gedragscode behandeling letselschades (GBL), ben je in staat zelfstandig beslissingen en initiatieven te nemen met betrekking tot dossiers. Je voert regie in het gehele proces van letselschadeafhandeling.
  • Ondersteuning en Begeleiding: Naast jouw eigen dossiers, bied je begeleiding en support aan minder ervaren collega's. Samen zorgen we voor een hoog niveau van professionaliteit en dienstverlening.

Je kerntaken zijn:

  • Beoordelen van de dekking en aansprakelijkheid
  • Voorlichting verstrekken aan benadeelden en belangenbehartigers
  • Dossierbehandeling volgens de Gedragscode Behandeling Letselschades (GBL)
  • Regie voeren in de volledige procedure van letselschaden
  • Frequent contact onderhouden met verzekerden, tussenpersonen, belangenbehartigers en andere betrokken professionals
  • Zelfstandig beslissingen en initiatieven nemen met betrekking tot dossiers
  • Begeleiding en support bieden aan (mindere ervaren) collega’s
  • Behandeling buitenlandschades
