Underwriting Support (Property)

Wij zijn MSIG Europe, een toonaangevende verzekeringsmaatschappij die deel uitmaakt van de Japanse MS & AD Insurance Group in Tokio. Opererend vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Brussel bieden wij wereldwijde verzekeringen in combinatie met lokale kennis en ervaring.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een administratieve duizendpoot binnen het team Insurance Operations Property & Casualty voor ons kantoor in Amstelveen. Houd je van variatie in je werk? Het zetten van de puntjes op de ’i’ maakt jou blij? Dan is deze functie misschien wel iets voor jou!

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent samen met het team verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van polissen, hoofdzakelijk op het gebied van brandverzekeringen. Je ondersteunt de Underwriters van MSIG Europe door de polisadministratie te verzorgen.

· Je zorgt voor het opmaken van polissen en het verwerken van mutaties;

· Je zorgt voor een correcte registratie van de polissen en locatiegegevens in onze systemen;

· Je beheert polissen met een internationaal karakter;

· Je verzorgt overzichten en rapportages;

· Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten op administratief vlak, zowel via e-mail als telefonisch;

· Je staat regelmatig in contact met collega’s van andere afdelingen (Underwriting, Finance en Claims).

Wie ben jij?

Je bent kwaliteitsgericht, werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail. Je bent analytisch en werkt graag met cijfers. Je kan goed zelfstandig werken maar bent ook een echte team player. Daarnaast ben je in staat om uitstekende service te verlenen, zowel aan onze klanten als aan collega’s.

Wij zoeken iemand die zich kan vinden in het volgende profiel:

· MBO+ werk- en denkniveau met minimaal 3 jaar ervaring;

· Een administratieve achtergrond, bij voorkeur in (zakelijke) verzekeringen;

· Het diploma WFT-schade zakelijk of bereid deze te halen;

· Een open mind die het leuk vindt om, samen met collega’s, met verbeteringen bezig te zijn;

· Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;

· Goede Word en Excel skills.

Met maatwerk- en Digital Trading oplossingen richten wij ons op (inter)nationale grote en MKB-ondernemingen die specialistische kennis vereisen. Hiervoor werken wij uitsluitend samen met onze aangesloten tussenpersonen, makelaars en gevolmachtigd agenten.
