Ponekad je dovoljno riješiti BSOD nekoliko minuta prije važnog sastanka. Ponekad pronaći uzrok problema koji se danima ponavlja. A ponekad osmisliti rješenje zbog kojeg se isti problem više nikada neće pojaviti.

Ako ti je rad s klijentskim IT sustavima svakodnevica, dobro razumiješ Windows i endpoint okruženje, voliš rješavati kompleksne tehničke izazove i znaš koliko znači kada netko kaže: "Hvala ti, ne bih uspio bez tebe." – onda bi se mogao odlično uklopiti u naš tim.

Ključne odgovornosti:

  • Rješavanje složenijih tehničkih incidenta i korisničkih zahtjeva (remote i lokalno)
  • Instalacija, konfiguracija i održavanje troubleshooting korisničkih uređaja (desktop računala, laptopi, tableti, mobilni uređaji...)
  • Deploy i konfiguracija Windows operativnih sustava (uključujući imagiranje i hardening)
  • Upravljanje korisničkim uređajima putem modernih MDM i endpoint management alata
  • Instalacija, ažuriranje i podrška za software (M365, antivirus, specijalizirani alati)
  • Dostava, postavljanje i servisiranje IT opreme kod korisnika
  • Aktivno sudjelovanje u IT projektima – implementacija nove opreme, testiranje tehnologija, rolloutovi
  • Sudjelovanje u standardizaciji, automatizaciji i unaprjeđenju klijentskog IT okruženja
  • Proaktivno praćenje i optimizacija stabilnosti i performansi klijentskih IT sustava – otklanjanje problema prije nego postanu vidljivi
  • Poštivanje i provođenje sigurnosnih standarda i politika tvrtke
  • Praćenje i evaluacija trendova u području korisničke IT infrastrukture
  • Komunikacija i koordinacija s vanjskim partnerima i servisnim dobavljačima
  • Vođenje tehničke dokumentacije, ažuriranje baza znanja i prijenos znanja unutar tima

Od tebe očekujemo:

  • 5+ godine iskustva u održavanju IT opreme (nije uvjet, ali je prednost)
  • Odlično poznavanje Windows okruženja i rada s klijentskim uređajima
  • Iskustvo u instalaciji i podešavanju OS-a, rješavanju osnovnih problema i radu s uredskim aplikacijama (M365, browseri...)
  • Iskustvo u radu i komunikaciji s korisnicima te sposobnost kompleksan tehnički problem objasniti jednostavno
  • Poznavanje PowerShella i automatizacije predstavlja dodatnu prednost
  • Odgovoran, samostalan i proaktivan pristup – ali znaš i pitati kad treba
  • Otvorenost prema feedbacku i timskom radu
  • Odlično poznavanje engleskog jezika
  • Vozačka dozvola B kategorije
