WE ARE HIRING: Viši specijalist u računovodstvu (m/ž)

Opis posla:

  • obračun i knjiženje PDV-a
  • priprema mjesečnih obračuna za fakturiranje u suradnji sa pojedinim voditeljima/direktorima profitnih centara
  • izrada izlaznih faktura za usluge, projekte i trgovačku robu
  • knjiženje izvoda, usklađivanje otvorenih stavki te komunikacija s kupcima i dobavljačima
  • obračun/knjiženje redovnih i zateznih kamata
  • obračun/knjiženje tečajnih razlika
  • praćenje i knjiženje zaliha
  • knjiženje ulaznih računa za troškove i imovinu, praćenje imovine u pripremi
  • ostali računovodstveni poslovi vezani za kretanje imovine (aktivacija, prodaja, otpis)
  • ostala knjiženja u glavnoj knjizi (rezervacije troškova, otpisi, knjiženje rezultata poslovanja i slično)
  • kontrola knjiženja u pomoćne knjige i prijenosa analitike u glavnu knjigu
  • komunikacija i sudjelovanje u izradi dokumentacije za potrebe revizora i Porezne uprave
  • sudjelovanje u izradi završnog računa i financijskih izvještaja
  • poznavanje i praćenje hrvatskih zakona i propisa vezanih za računovodstvo i poreze potrebnih u poslovanju
  • sudjelovanje u izradi izvještaja o ostvarenim prihodima
  • obavljanje drugih računovodstvenih poslova po nalogu nadređenoga

Uvjeti:

  • VŠS, VSS, SSS usmjerenja računovodstvo, financije
  • minimalno 4 godine samostalnog rada na sličnim ili istim poslovima
  • prednost iskustvo rada u SAP-u (Modul SD i FI)
  • vrlo dobro znanje rada u MS Office paketu, vrlo dobro poznavanje Excela
  • vještina rada s ljudima te prilagodljivost u interakciji s korisnicima
  • usmjerenost na postizanje rezultata
  • predanost poslu i upornost u radu
  • sposobnost samostalnog rješavanja problema
  • odgovornost i pozitivan stav prema poslu i suradnicima
  • želja za stalnim učenjem i usvajanjem novih tehnologija
