Zadaci i odgovornosti

  • Sudjelovanje na razvojnim i implementacijskim projektima koristeći agilnu metodologiju rada
  • Razumijevanje, analiza i dokumentiranje poslovnih procesa, zahtjeva i integracija sustava
  • Kreiranje funkcionalnih specifikacija za razvoj i unapređenje poslovnih sustava.
  • Suradnja s dobavljačima softvera i internim timovima na razvoju novih funkcionalnosti i poboljšanju postojećih sustava
  • Izrada testnih scenarija, testiranje izmjena te koordinacija deploy procesa u produkcijsko okruženje
  • Kreiranje korisničkih uputa, obavijesti o izmjenama i edukacija krajnjih korisnika
  • Upravljanje konfiguracijom sustava te održavanje i ažuriranje podataka u CMDB-u uz osiguravanje točnosti podataka
  • Operativni rad u BMC Discovery alatu, uključujući upravljanje procesima skeniranja i praćenje Discovery procesa
  • Izrada izvještaja i analiza te sudjelovanje u kontroli kvalitete i validaciji podataka o IT infrastrukturi i servisima
  • Aktivno sudjelovanje u digitalnoj transformaciji, dokumentiranju procedura, unaprjeđenju ITSM procesa te eskalaciji složenijih problema prema senior članovima tima

Uvjeti i tražene kvalifikacije

  • SSS tehničkog smjera, VŠS tehničkog smjera, preddiplomski/diplomski studij tehničkog ili informatičkog smjera
  • minimalno 1 godina iskustva u administraciji ITSM sustava ili srodnog posla
  • poznavanje ITIL metodologije i ITSM platformi
  • osnovno poznavanje baze podataka i SQL-a
  • odgovornost, samostalnost i proaktivnost u radu.
  • znanje engleskog jezika
