The posting

Als Constructiebankwerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het maken van hoogwaardige onderdelen en constructies voor projecten binnen zware voertuigen en mobiele machines, van prototype tot kleine serie. Op basis van technische tekeningen bepaal jij zelfstandig de juiste aanpak en zorg je dat het eindresultaat voldoet aan de gestelde toleranties en kwaliteitseisen.

Je maakt deel uit van een gemotiveerd team dat resultaatgericht en met oog voor detail samenwerkt. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en je vakkennis in te zetten, met collega's om op terug te vallen waar nodig. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat elk product klopt, van maatvoering tot lasnaad. Naast constructies voor onze eigen projecten vervaardig je ook deelproducten in opdracht van klanten, waarbij precisie en betrouwbaarheid net zo belangrijk zijn.

Je werkt in onze eigen, moderne werkplaats, uitgerust met onder meer een 5-assige Abrasive Water Jet, CAM-gestuurde kantbank en diverse lastechnieken.

Als Constructiebankwerker:

- lees en interpreteer je technische tekeningen zelfstandig; - meet, teken en zaag je materiaal nauwkeurig af; - pas je verspanende technieken toe zoals boren, tappen, draaien en frezen; - vervaardig je constructies en onderdelen op maat volgens de gestelde eisen en normen; - las je onderdelen samen tot een compleet, functioneel geheel; - vervaardig je deelproducten voor onze klanten, volgens hun specificaties en eisen; - help je waar nodig mee bij montage en assemblage, tot het product afgerond is; - werk je met ons moderne machinepark; - controleer je jouw eigen werk op maatvoering en kwaliteit; - signaleer je verbeterkansen in werkmethode of proces; - werk je nauw samen met engineers en collega's binnen het team; - denk je actief mee over de meest efficiënte en degelijke aanpak.

Wat breng je mee?

- Een afgeronde technische opleiding op MBO-niveau, richting constructiebankwerken, plaat- en constructiebewerking of vergelijkbaar; - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als constructiebankwerker; - Ervaring met lassen (MIG/MAG en/of TIG) en verspanende technieken; - Je kunt zelfstandig technische tekeningen lezen en uitvoeren; - Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en neemt eigenaarschap over je werk; - Je bent een teamplayer met een proactieve, gemotiveerde instelling; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
