MST Groep is een ingenieursbureau met vestigingen in Nederland en Roemenië, gespecialiseerd in het ontwikkelen van mobiliteitsoplossingen voor zware voertuigen en mobiele machines. Wat ga je doen?

Als Project Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in de succesvolle realisatie van onze projecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische coördinatie, het beheer van processen en het waarborgen van de kwaliteit en voortgang. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met interne en externe stakeholders. Tot je werkzaamheden behoren:

  • Projectmanagement: het opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen, budgetten en technische specificaties. Je werkt nauw samen met collega-engineers, projectmanagers en klanten om gestelde doelen te behalen
  • Technische analyse: vertalen van klantbehoeften naar technische oplossingen en specificaties
  • Ontwerp en innovatie: bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van technische concepten en systemen voor zware voertuigen en mobiele machines
  • Coördinatie: fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen
  • Kwaliteitsborging: toezien op naleving van normen, regelgeving en technische standaarden
  • Advies: je levert strategisch advies over technische verbeteringen en innovaties, gericht op duurzaamheid en efficiëntie
  • Commerciële verantwoordelijkheid: je zorgt voor een positieve klantbeleving door representatie, signaleert kansen en draagt bij aan commerciële trajecten. Onderhoudt en breidt klantrelaties uit.

Tot slot werken we bij MST Groep aan de hand van de Lean Engineering methodiek. Het jezelf eigen maken hiervan is iets wat we van je verwachten als Project Engineer. Maar geen zorgen: we nemen je hier uitgebreid in mee vanaf je eerste werkdag!

Wat neem je mee?

  • Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica of Automotive
  • Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare technische rol binnen de industrie
  • Sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden en een gestructureerde werkwijze
  • Uitstekend probleemoplossend vermogen en technische creativiteit
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Duits is een pré
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, proactief en communicatief vaardig.
