Job Description

As suas responsabilidades diárias incluirão:

  • Prestar apoio e orientação na adaptação e implementação de normas em toda a rede de concessionários e oficinas.
  • Realizar auditorias no local e validar auditorias efetuadas na rede de concessionários e centros de assistência autorizados.
  • Prestar apoio ao longo de todo o processo de auditoria.
  • Implementar normas, rever e otimizar processos.
  • Ministrar formação à rede de concessionários.
  • Traduzir manuais e adaptá-los ao mercado português.
  • Esclarecer questões que surjam durante a implementação das normas, atuando como ponto de contacto entre os departamentos envolvidos e assegurando o alinhamento e a clarificação de critérios.
  • Elaborar relatórios sobre processos e resultados.
  • Apoiar ativamente outros projetos de consultoria, colaborando com equipas multidisciplinares e contribuindo com boas práticas, análises e propostas de melhoria.

Horário de trabalho

  • Horário de segunda a sexta-feira.
  • Disponibilidade para viajar: 75% do tempo.
  • Contrato por tempo incerto, com uma carga horária semanal de 40 horas.

Qualifications

Requisitos

  • Formação superior.
  • Nível comprovado de inglês B2, espanhol fluente e português nativo.
  • Experiência no setor automóvel, idealmente com pelo menos dois anos de experiência em concessionários.
  • Bons conhecimentos de Office 365, bases de dados e Excel intermédio, bem como à vontade na utilização de ferramentas e sistemas tecnológicos.
  • Disponibilidade e entusiasmo para viajar por Portugal e Espanha, visitando diferentes concessionários e oficinas equipados com as mais avançadas tecnologias do setor.
  • Perfil organizado, proativo e com capacidade de iniciativa, excelentes competências de comunicação e negociação, forte orientação para o cliente e capacidade de resolução de problemas.
