Descrição da vaga

A MSX está em busca de um(a) Especialista de Treinamento para atuar no levantamento de necessidades, estruturação de trilhas de aprendizagem, facilitação de treinamentos corporativos e análise da efetividade das iniciativas de desenvolvimento.

Principais responsabilidades:

Planejamento e Design Instrucional:

  • Realizar o levantamento de necessidades de treinamento (LNT) com lideranças e áreas de negócio;
  • Estruturar planos e trilhas de aprendizagem, definindo objetivos, formatos, cronogramas e avaliações;
  • Desenvolver e atualizar materiais didáticos, apresentações e cursos junto a especialistas técnicos.

Facilitação e Execução:

  • Conduzir treinamentos presenciais, virtuais e híbridos com foco em andragogia e metodologias ativas;
  • Coordenar a logística e execução das ações com participantes, facilitadores e fornecedores;
  • Administrar plataformas de aprendizagem (LMS) e acompanhar a engajamento dos colaboradores.

Indicadores, Gestão e Suporte:

  • Mensurar a efetividade dos treinamentos (satisfação, retenção e impacto no negócio), elaborando relatórios executivos;
  • Acompanhar orçamento, custos e contratos de fornecedores da área;
  • Apoiar lideranças e multiplicadores internos no desenvolvimento contínuo das equipes.

Qualificações

Requisitos técnicos e experiência:

  • Experiência comprovada em planejamento, facilitação, design instrucional e avaliação de treinamentos corporativos.
  • Conhecimento prático em andragogia, metodologias ativas e levantamento de necessidades (LNT).
  • Domínio em plataformas de gestão de aprendizagem (LMS) e ferramentas de autoria de conteúdos digitais.
  • Experiência com métricas/indicadores de treinamento e gestão de projetos (prazos e recursos).

Formação

  • Graduação / Pós-graduação: Superior completo em Psicologia, Pedagogia, Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.

Ferramentas

  • Excel: Avançado
  • PowerPoint: Avançado
  • Outras aplicações: Plataformas LMS e ferramentas de autoria digitais

Idiomas

  • Inglês: Avançado
  • Espanhol: Desejável

Informações adicionais

  • Regime de contratação: CLT
  • Carga horária: 40 horas semanais, de segunda à sexta;
  • Região de atuação: São Caetano do Sul/SP.
