Descrição da vaga

A MSX está em busca de um(a) Supervisor de Projeto para gerenciar o portfólio de projetos sob sua responsabilidade, atuando na estruturação de escopos, controle físico-financeiro, governança de stakeholders e liderança de equipes multidisciplinares.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Gestão de Portfólio e Projetos: Gerenciar o ciclo completo dos projetos (da iniciação ao encerramento), definindo escopo, cronograma, orçamento, recursos, indicadores e matriz de riscos; Aplicar metodologias adequadas ao contexto (ágeis, híbridas ou tradicionais); Propor melhorias em processos, ferramentas, rituais de acompanhamento e modelos de reporte.
  • Governança, Indicadores e Gestão Financeira: Acompanhar a execução física e financeira, monitorando prazos, custos, margem, qualidade, produtividade, riscos e satisfação dos stakeholders; Atuar na gestão financeira dos projetos, cobrindo orçamento, forecast, receitas, custos, rentabilidade e P&L; Garantir comunicação e governança eficazes com liderança, clientes internos/externos, fornecedores e parceiros.
  • Liderança de Equipes e Stakeholders: Coordenar e alinhar equipes multidisciplinares (áreas técnicas, operacionais, comerciais e financeiras); Desenvolver e apoiar os profissionais do time, garantindo clareza de papéis, prioridades e entregas.

Qualificações

Requisitos técnicos e experiência:

  • Experiência comprovada em gestão de projetos complexos (com múltiplas frentes, dependências e stakeholders) e liderança de equipes multidisciplinares.
  • Domínio prático de metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) e modelos híbridos ou tradicionais.
  • Sólido conhecimento em gestão financeira de projetos (orçamento, controle de custos, forecast, margem e análise de P&L).
  • Vivência com ferramentas de gestão de projetos (Jira, Monday.com, MS Project, Trello, Asana, Smartsheet ou equivalentes).
  • Capacidade de elaborar e apresentar relatórios executivos e indicadores gerenciais.
  • Excel e PowerPoint avançados (desejável conhecimento em ferramentas de BI).
  • Inglês avançado e Espanhol desejável.

Competências comportamentais:

  • Visão estratégica e capacidade analítica.
  • Forte habilidade em negociação, articulação e gestão de conflitos com stakeholders.
  • Liderança orientada ao desenvolvimento de pessoas e foco em resultados/prazos.

Formação

  • Graduação / Pós-graduação: Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Tecnologia, Gestão de Projetos ou áreas correlatas.

Ferramentas

  • Excel: Avançado
  • PowerPoint: Avançado
  • Outras aplicações: Ferramentas de Gestão de Projetos (Jira, MS Project, Monday, etc.) e BI (desejável)

Idiomas

  • Inglês: Avançado
  • Espanhol: Desejável

Informações adicionais

  • Regime de contratação: CLT
  • Carga horária: 40 horas semanais, de segunda à sexta;
  • Região de atuação: São Caetano do Sul/SP.
