アナリスト（ジュニアコンサルタント）として、製造・物流・流通など多様な業界における現場調査・情報整理・課題分析を担い、自社コンサルティング事業の成長と価値提供を支援します。

製造業DX、物流自動化、スマートファクトリーなど、業界最新動向や競合、先進技術のリサーチを通じて知見を深め、データ分析・課題抽出・提案資料作成などを実行。これらの経験を通じて、将来的には顧客課題の解決を主体的に推進するコンサルタントへと成長することが期待されます。

■部署役割

Mujinはこれまで、エンジニアリング事業を主軸に成長してきました。

しかし、Mujinが持つ高度な技術と豊富なナレッジを最大限に活かすためには、単なるソリューション提供にとどまらず、顧客のビジネス最上流にある課題の解決や構想策定から伴走することが不可欠です。

■募集背景

事業急成長による増員。

顧客からの厚い信頼と強い要望をいただき、2023年7月に第1期コンサルティング事業をスタート。わずか半年間で、コンサルティング事業の好評と好調により、2024年1月にはアクセンチュアとのジョイントベンチャー「Accenture Alpha Automation株式会社」を設立し、現在当社事業は第3フェーズである「トータルエンジニアリング事業」へと突入し、国内事業の拡大はかつてないスピードで成長しています。

業務内容

  • クライアント業界・競合他社・最新技術（例：スマートファクトリー、IoT、SCM改革など）の調査
  • 物流倉庫や製造工場の構造、工程分析に関する資料集め
  • 現場の生産性データ、在庫データ、人件費などの集計・可視化
  • Excel・PowerPoint・BIツールなどを活用し、課題抽出に必要な分析
  • 上司やマネージャーの指示に基づき、プレゼン資料を作成
  • 現場視察やヒアリングのスケジュール調整、記録
  • 現場での実地観察、ライン作業フローの記録
  • 改善案に対する現場反応の把握、実行支援（試験導入など）
  • その他ジュニアコンサルタント（アナリスト）に付随する業務

必須要件

  • 2024年から2027年までの卒業者、卒業予定者であること
  • 製造業・物流業・流通業・消費財・コンサルファームでの就業経験
  • エクセルを用いたデータ分析に抵抗がないこと（学習意欲重視）
  • ロボティクスや物流自動化、FAに対するパッション
  • コミュニケーション能力

歓迎要件

  • 理系バックグランド（機械工学、電子・電気工学、ロボティスク、情報工学、物理、数学、商学等）
  • 製造業・物流業の業務プロセスやSCMの基礎知識
  • スマートファクトリー、IoT、業務改善・BPR等の知識
  • 業務改善提案や現場の改善活動への関与経験
  • KPI設定や効果測定の経験
  • 戦略／業務コンサルティングファームやシンクタンクでのアシスタント経験
