サービス部は、お客様先に納入されたロボットシステムやMujin製ロボットの安定稼働を長期的に支える専門部署です。本ポジションでは、年間点検の計画立案や工数見積もり、顧客とのスケジュール調整から、現地での保守・点検作業まで、一連のアフターサービスを担っていただきます。

アフターサービスを当社事業成長の戦略柱のひとつとして強化しており、部署の成長フェーズに携わることで、新しいサービスの仕組みづくりや契約拡大にも挑戦できます。お客様と直接向き合いながら現場を支え、産業の未来を創る手応えを感じられるポジションです。

■部署役割

サービス部は、お客様先に納入されたロボットシステムやMujin製ロボットの安定稼働を長期的に支える専門部署です。

年間点検の計画立案から、作業工数の見積もり、顧客とのスケジュール調整、現地での保守・点検作業まで、一連のアフターサービスを担当します。

また、単なる保守にとどまらず、現場での改善提案やサービスメニューの企画、運用改善など、お客様の業務効率化と稼働最大化に直結する取り組みも推進しています。

将来的には、新しいサービスの提案や契約拡大にも関わり、アフターサービス領域から企業の成長に貢献します。

■募集背景

Mujinの知能ロボットシステムは、国内外の大手企業に広く導入され、稼働台数はすでに数千台規模に達しています。導入実績の拡大に伴い、現場での安定稼働を長期的に支えるフィールドサービスの重要性はますます高まっています。

これまでも保守・点検は行ってきましたが、今期からはアフターサービスを企業戦略の柱の一つとして本格強化。年間点検の計画立案から現場での作業、改善提案まで一貫して担える体制づくりが急務です。

今回の募集は、増え続ける導入案件に対応し、顧客満足度と製品稼働率を最大化するための仲間を迎えるためのものです。Mujinの方針としては質を高めるための仕組みづくりも重要ロボットの最前線で、お客様と直接向き合いながら、現場を支えるやりがいと、産業の未来を創る手応えを感じられます。

業務内容

  • ロボットシステム点検に伴う工数見積もり作成、及び顧客とのスケジュール調整
  • 現地での点検・メンテナンス作業（ハード・ソフト両面の確認）
  • トラブルシューティング。システムの不具合対応、原因調査、および解決策の提案
  • 顧客からの技術問い合わせ対応（リモートサポート、現地対応）
  • 保守・点検データの分析を通じた改善提案（予防保全プログラムの強化など）

必須要件

  • 産業用設備、ロボット、FA機器、または自動化システムのメンテナンス・保守経験（メーカー・SIer・工場いずれの経験でも可）
  • 顧客対応経験（技術サポート・導入支援・アフターサービスなど）
  • 問題解決力・論理的思考力（トラブルシューティングや改善業務に取り組める方）
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語力

  • 物流センターや物流設備に関する保守・メンテナンス経験をお持ちの方
  • 物流センターの新規立ち上げや設備導入プロジェクトに携わった経験をお持ちの方
  • 顧客折衝や顧客対応の経験があり、より顧客に近い立場で課題解決に取り組みたい方
  • センサー、モーター、ビジョンシステムなどの制御機器に関する知識または実務経験をお持ちの方
  • ネットワーク、サーバー、システムに関するトラブルシューティング経験をお持ちの方
  • 夜間対応を含むシフト勤務に柔軟に対応いただける方
  • 24/365の運用体制における緊急対応業務に抵抗のない方
