■職種概要

サービス部は、お客様先に導入された知能ロボットシステムやAGV、自動化設備の安定稼働を支える専門部署です。

本ポジションでは、夜間専任のボットシステムサポートエンジニアとして、稼働中システムの監視・障害対応・技術サポート、また見積もり作成を担当いただきます。主な業務は、ロボットシステム・AGV・WES（倉庫管理システム）等に関する夜間の遠隔サポートであり、ログ解析や障害切り分け、関係部署との連携を通じて、お客様の事業継続を支援していただきます。

現地での保守作業が中心ではなく、オフィ＿スからのリモート対応が中心となるため、機械設備だけでなく、システムやネットワークの知識も活かせるポジションです。

■部署役割

サービス部は、お客様先に納入されたロボットシステムやMujin製ロボットの安定稼働を長期的に支える専門部署です。

年間点検の計画立案から、作業工数の見積もり、顧客とのスケジュール調整、現地での保守・点検作業まで、一連のアフターサービスを担当します。

また、単なる保守にとどまらず、現場での改善提案やサービスメニューの企画、運用改善など、お客様の業務効率化と稼働最大化に直結する取り組みも推進しています。

将来的には、新しいサービスの提案や契約拡大にも関わり、アフターサービス領域から企業の成長に貢献します。

■募集背景

Mujinの知能ロボットシステムは国内外で導入が進み、稼働台数は数千台規模にまで拡大しています。導入拡大に伴い、24時間稼働する物流センターでのサポートニーズも急速に増加しています。

これまで夜間対応は既存メンバーによる当番制で運用してきましたが、今後の事業拡大とサービス品質向上を見据え、夜間対応を専門で担う体制を新たに立ち上げることとなりました。

今回募集するポジションは、サービス部初となる夜間専任エンジニアです。ロボット・AGV・WESを含む大規模自動化システムの安定稼働を支える重要な役割を担うとともに、将来的には夜間サービス運用の仕組みづくりや改善、見積作成などの業務にも携わっていただきます。

・22:00～翌8:00（休憩2時間） ・実働8時間 ・月曜日～金曜日勤務

休日・休暇

・完全週休二日制（土曜日・日曜日） ※金曜日勤務は翌土曜日8:00までとなります。 ・年次有給休暇 ・年末年始休暇 ・慶弔休暇 ・介護休暇 ・マタニティ休暇（取得実績あり） ・育児休暇（取得実績あり） ・その他、会社カレンダーに準ずる休日

■勤務イメージ 月曜日 22:00勤務開始 火曜日～金曜日 22:00～翌8:00勤務 金曜日 22:00勤務開始、土曜日8:00勤務終了 土日休み（ただし金曜日の勤務は翌土曜日朝まで）

・6ヶ月（条件変動なし）

・月給制 ・固定残業代（月45時間分）を含む ・45時間を超過した場合は別途支給 ・深夜勤務（22:00～5:00）については法定の深夜割増賃金を別途支給
