Mujinは、世界的なトレンドとなっている「フィジカルAI」領域において、産業用ロボットの知能化を牽引する急成長ディープテック企業です。「Industrial Robots for Everyone」を掲げ、物流・製造業における深刻な人材不足という社会課題の解決に挑んでいます。 事業の急拡大に伴い、コーポレートブランディング、プロダクトマーケティング、PR、採用ブランディングなど、多様なコミュニケーションが同時進行しています。私たちが目指すのは、「フィジカルAIといえばMujin」「ロボット知能化といえばMujin」という圧倒的な第一想起の確立です。 今回募集するビジュアルデザイナーは、単なる「制作担当」ではありません。経営陣や事業責任者と密に連携し、視覚表現の力で会社の成長を加速させる、ブランドコミュニケーションの中核メンバーをお迎えします。CEOとの距離も非常に近く、ご自身のクリエイティブが企業価値や事業成長にダイレクトにインパクトを与えられる環境です。

担当業務） ご経験や適性、希望に応じて、以下の領域を横断的にリード・制作していただきます。

・ブランド・クリエイティブ戦略の策定 ・ビジュアルアイデンティティ（VI）の開発およびブランドガイドラインの策定・運用 ・企業の成長フェーズに合わせたブランドコミュニケーション全体の設計 ・各種クリエイティブの企画・制作・ディレクション ・デジタル/Web: コーポレートサイト、採用サイト、LP、バナー、UI/UXのブラッシュアップ ・グラフィック/オフライン: 展示会ブース、パンフレット、ホワイトペーパー、営業資料、採用資料、ノベルティ ・動画コンテンツ: 採用動画、顧客事例動画、プロモーション・イベント動画（※企画・構成〜ディレクション） ・採用広報コンテンツのビジュアル設計 ・社内イベントのグラフィックやカルチャー浸透施策の支援
