職務概要：

Group Accounting Specialistは、CFO Officeにてグループコントローラーと共に、グループ全体の会計業務および連結決算の責任を持ちます。JGAAPおよび各国の基準に準拠した正確かつタイムリーな財務報告の整合性を確保します。本ポジションはGlobal CFOの戦略的パートナーとして、会計方針、内部統制、監査対応をグローバルに管理し、財務の透明性とスケーラブルなファイナンス体制を支えます。

主な職務内容

財務報告とコンプライアンス

  • 月次・四半期・年次の連結決算を主導
  • 財務諸表の正確な作成
  • 監査・法定開示対応の統括
  • 会計ポリシーの整備と全社への適用徹底

会計ポリシーと技術基準

  • グローバル会計マニュアルの策定と更新
  • 高度な会計論点（収益認識、リース、M&A等）の技術対応
  • 会計基準変更への対応プロジェクトの推進

内部統制と監査対応

  • 財務報告に関する強固な内部統制体制の設計・運用
  • 内部監査・リスクチームとの連携
  • 監査対応体制の整備と外部監査人との窓口対応

連結・内部取引管理

  • グループ内取引ルールとTPポリシー（Global Taxと連携）の管理
  • 為替換算、消去仕訳、複数通貨対応の統制
  • 各国からの報告パッケージの標準化・精度管理

業務プロセス改善

  • IT・FP&Aと連携し、ERPや決算ツールの最適化
  • 決算スピードと正確性の継続的改善
  • 成長企業にふさわしい業務プロセスの構築

ビジネスパートナーシップと調整

  • 各国のコントローラーへの機能的な指導（dotted-line）
  • 他ファンクション（FP&A、Treasury、Tax）との業務整合
  • M&A・カーブアウト等の会計支援

必須要件

  • ビジネスレベルの日本語力
  • 監査法人での勤務経験、または事業会社における監査対応の実務経験（3年以上）
  • 高度な会計知識を有し、正確かつスピーディな財務報告への理解がある方
  • 海外会社とメールやWeb会議などで英語を使用した経験

歓迎要件

  • 公認会計士資格
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力（目安：CEFR B1以上）
  • 事業会社における経理・会計関連部門での実務経験
  • グローバルな組織やクロスボーダーなチームとの協働経験
