製造業・物流業では深刻な労働力不足が加速しています。 さらに2024年物流問題、技能継承問題、人件費高騰などにより、これまでの改善活動だけでは限界が見え始めています。 これらの課題解決には、ロボット、自動化設備、AGV/AMR、自動倉庫といったOT領域だけでは不十分です。また、MES、WMS、WCS、TMS、ERPなどのITシステムだけを導入しても現場改革は実現できません。 本当に現場を変えるためには、ITとOTを統合し、フィジカルAIを実装することが必要不可欠です。 Mujinは世界トップクラスのフィジカルAI技術を自社開発しており、国内外の大手製造業・物流企業への導入実績を有しています。 構想だけで終わるコンサルティングでもなく、 システム導入だけで終わるSIでもなく、 ロボット導入だけで終わるエンジニアリングでもない。 Mujinは、戦略策定からシステム設計、フィジカルAI実装、現場定着までを一気通貫で支援しています。 事業拡大に伴い、ITとOTをつなぐフィジカルAIコンサルタントを募集します。

■ポジション概要

ITコンサルタントとして、製造業・物流業の大手企業に対し、工場・物流センター・サプライチェーン変革を支援します。 クライアント経営層への課題提起から、業務改革、IT構想、データ活用、AI活用、自動化構想、フィジカルAI実装ロードマップまでを担当します。
