本ポジションは、製造およびオペレーションエンジニアリング分野で長期的なキャリアを築きたい方を対象とした育成プログラムです。

製造オペレーションの研修生として、生産チームの一員となり、製造、評価試験、品質管理などの業務を経験していただきます。プログラム期間中は、オペレーションエンジニアに必要な技術力を身につけられるよう、学習内容のアドバイスや教材の提供を含む教育支援とメンタリングを受けながら成長していただきます。

本プログラムは12か月間を予定しており、以下の内容を含みます。

  • 個々のスキルギャップに応じた学習支援（教材、オンライン講座、その他の学習リソースを提供）
  • 経験豊富なエンジニアとの週次チェックインおよびメンタリング
  • 製造・評価業務を通じた実践的な経験
  • 6か月および12か月時点での評価

12か月時点の最終評価に合格した方は、正社員として登用され、オペレーションエンジニアとして新たな役割を担っていただきます。正社員登用後は、担当業務および待遇の両面でステップアップしていただくことを想定しています。

ポジションについて

製造業務に携わりながら、高品質な製品をお客様へ届けるための取り組みに貢献していただきます。エンジニア、サプライヤー、生産パートナーと連携しながら、製造オペレーション、トラブルシューティング、技術的な課題解決に関する実務経験を積むことができます。

品質管理、生産プロセス、ハードウェアの不具合解析、継続的な改善活動など、幅広い業務に関わることができるポジションです。

業務内容

  • 生産工程における作業手順書の作成・改善
  • 工具や設備の安全管理および保守
  • 返却品のハードウェア不具合調査
  • 完成品の試験・検査の実施による品質確認
  • 設計エンジニアやサプライヤーと連携した製造課題の解決
  • 5S活動の推進および既存プロセスの改善
  • 外部委託先への製造プロセスの展開および生産計画の策定支援
  • 原材料、完成品、不適合品の在庫管理
  • 試験・製造効率向上に向けた手動・自動ツール開発のサポート
  • 製品評価業務のサポート、試験の実施および結果の記録
  • ラボ設備および備品の管理・保守

必須スキル

  • 電気・電子系、情報系などの関連分野を専攻された方
  • 製造、ハードウェア、オペレーションエンジニアリングに強い関心をお持ちの方
  • 電気・機械・試験設備を使用した実作業に抵抗のない方
  • オシロスコープ、マルチメーターなどの一般的な測定機器を使用できる方
  • 製造現場での業務経験
  • 評価試験やラボ業務の経験
  • PCBの組立または評価経験
  • ハードウェア製品や電気機械システムのトラブルシューティング経験
  • 業務レベルの英語力、または
  • 業務レベルの日本語力と英語の読み書き能力
  • 応募時点で日本国内に居住している方
  • フルタイム勤務に必要な在留資格をお持ちでない場合は、在留資格認定証明書（COE）の取得要件を満たしている方
