Als Procurement Specialist (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Einkaufsteam bei der operativen Steuerung unserer Lieferanten und Bestellungen. Du stellst sicher, dass Bestellungen sauber abgewickelt, Preise und Konditionen geprüft und Liefertermine eingehalten werden. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Einkauf, Finance und unseren internationalen Lieferanten zusammen.

DEIN IMPACT

  • Unterstützung bei der operativen Betreuung unserer Lieferanten und Bestellungen
  • Einholen und Prüfung von Preisen, Konditionen und Auftragsbestätigungen
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen im ERP-System
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und proaktive Klärung bei Verzögerungen
  • Abstimmung mit Lieferanten zu Bestellungen, Lieferungen und offenen Themen
  • Prüfung eingehender Lieferantenrechnungen und Abstimmung mit dem Finance-Team
  • Anwendung vereinbarter Vertragsstrafen oder Erstattungsbeträge bei Lieferverzögerungen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Artikel- und Lieferantenstammdaten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Finance und weiteren internen Schnittstellen
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Einkaufs- und Bestellprozesse

WARUM DU ZU UNS PASST

  • 1–2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, Purchasing, Finance oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Lieferanten
  • Gutes Verständnis von Zahlungsprozessen und internationalen Transaktionen wie T/T, Akkreditiven oder vergleichbaren Zahlungsbedingungen
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in DATEV
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen und strukturierten Daten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Lieferanten, Bestellungen und Termine parallel zu koordinieren
  • Klare Kommunikation und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität
