Als (Senior) Influencer Marketing Manager treibst du unsere Creator Sales Aktivitäten operativ voran und sorgst dafür, dass aus relevanten Creator Partnerschaften messbares Wachstum entsteht. Du bringst die Erfahrung mit, den gesamten Prozess eigenständig umzusetzen, von der Creator Recherche über Verhandlung und Kampagnensteuerung bis zur Performance Analyse.

DEIN IMPACT

  • Operative Umsetzung unseres Influencer Marketings und Creator Sales in der DACH-Region mit klarem Fokus auf Umsatz und Performance
  • Suche, Auswahl und Erstansprache passender Creator auf Instagram, TikTok, YouTube und weiteren Plattformen
  • Aufbau und Ausbau eines starken Creator Netzwerks
  • Selbstständige Verhandlung von Konditionen, Provisionen, Incentives und Kooperationsabschlüssen
  • Steuerung der Kampagnen von Creator Auswahl und Produktseeding über Tracking und Reporting bis zur laufenden Optimierung
  • Auswertung von KPIs wie ROAS, CPM, Conversion Rate und Umsatz und Ableitung konkreter nächster Schritte
  • Ausbau erfolgreicher Creator Partnerschaften und Skalierung funktionierender Formate
  • Monitoring von Trends, neuen Creator Segmenten und Plattformen
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Creator Sales Strategie mit deinen Erfahrungswerten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams für das weitere Wachstum unseres Creator Geschäfts

WARUM DU ZU UNS PASST

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Influencer Marketing oder Creator Management
  • Erfolgreich umgesetzte Influencer Kampagnen, die du eigenständig von der Creator Auswahl bis zur Auswertung begleitet hast
  • Sicherheit in Verhandlungen und im Abschluss von Creator Kooperationen
  • Fundiertes Wissen über die Creator Landschaft in der DACH-Region, eigene Kontakte zu Creatorn oder Managements sind ein Plus
  • Erfahrung in Fashion, Lifestyle oder DTC ist ein Plus
  • Zahlenaffinität und ein datenbasierter, ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsstil
  • Routine im Umgang mit Influencer Tools, CRM oder Projektmanagement Software
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, auch bei vielen Kooperationen gleichzeitig
  • Hands-on Mentalität, Ownership und Abschlussstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft, mindestens 4 Tage pro Woche in unserem Headquarter in Düsseldorf zu arbeiten
