Als Retouren Manager E-Commerce (m/w/d) sorgst du dafür, dass Retouren bei über 1 Mio. versendeten Artikeln pro Monat schnell, kosteneffizient und sauber laufen. Du steuerst unsere Retouren-Dienstleister in Polen und den USA sowie das Retourenteam in unserem eigenen Lager und findest heraus, warum Ware zurückkommt. Dabei berichtest du an unseren Head of Warehouse & Fulfillment und bringst Kosten, Durchlaufzeiten und Retourenquoten konsequent nach unten.

DEIN IMPACT

  • Steuerung unserer Retouren-Dienstleister in Polen und den USA sowie der Retourenabwicklung in unserem eigenen Lager
  • Fachliche Führung des Retourenteams im eigenen Lager
  • End-to-End-Verantwortung für Retouren aus Online-Shop, Marketplaces und weiteren Sales Kanälen
  • Ursachenanalyse: Herausfinden, warum Ware zurückkommt, und Ableitung gezielter Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Entwicklung konkreter Action Pläne und Umsetzung bis zum messbaren Ergebnis
  • Spürbare Senkung von Retourenquoten, Kosten und Durchlaufzeiten
  • Aufbau eines KPI-Reportings, das Probleme früh sichtbar macht
  • Auswahl und Einführung neuer Tools und Portale für ein schnelleres und besseres Retourenerlebnis

WARUM DU ZU UNS PASST

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Logistik, E-Commerce, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Retourenmanagement, idealerweise im E-Commerce
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Teams
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Logistik- oder Retourendienstleister
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau relevanter KPIs
  • Analytische Arbeitsweise und sicherer Umgang mit Excel
  • Erfahrung mit parcelLab, Shopify und weiteren relevanten Tools für das Retourenmanagement
  • Hands-on Mentalität und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Fahrten zu unseren Lager-Standorten
  • Bereitschaft, mindestens 4 Tage pro Woche in unserem Headquarter in Düsseldorf zu arbeiten
