Deine Aufgaben

Als Senior Strategist (f/m/d) übernimmst du größere Projekte eigenverantwortlich und bist strategische:r Sparringspartner:in für Kund:innen. Du entwickelst überzeugende Marken- und Kommunikationsstrategien, steuerst Workshops, präsentierst souverän und gibst dein Wissen im Team weiter.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du betreust nationale und internationale Projekte und Kund:innen eigenständig und entwickelst Markenarchitekturen, Marken- und Kommunikationsstrategien sowie business-strategische Konzepte.
  • Du konzipierst und wertest primäre Marktforschung aus und übersetzt Trends und Insights in Studien, Impulse und Konzeptideen.
  • Du konzipierst, moderierst und wertest Kund:innenworkshops aus.
  • Du berätst bei Aufbau und Management von Marken und begleitest die Umsetzung der Strategie.
  • Du leitest Neugeschäftsanfragen und Pitches inhaltlich.
  • Du behältst Projektstatus, Kalkulation und wirtschaftlichen Erfolg im Blick und dies in enger Abstimmung mit Account Management und Kreativdirektion.
  • Du entwickelst Prozesse und Standards stetig weiter.
  • Du leitest projektübergreifende strategische Teams, leitest Junior-Strateg:innen, Azubis und Praktikant:innen an und bringst Impulse in Team und Agentur ein.

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, z. B. in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL, Marketing, Kommunikations- oder Medienwissenschaften, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (idealerweise 5+ Jahre) in Markenstrategie oder Markenberatung mit, vorzugsweise in Agenturen.
  • Du kennst die Herangehensweise in Marken- und Kommunikationsprojekten und behältst auch in komplexen, interdisziplinären Projekten das große Ganze im Blick.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du hast erste Erfahrung in der Anleitung von Teammitgliedern.
  • Du denkst analytisch und vorausschauend, erkennst Muster und leitest Trends ab.
  • Du bringst deine Gedanken klar auf den Punkt, kommunizierst überzeugend und präsentierst souverän auf allen Stakeholder-Ebenen.
  • Du interessierst dich für Marken, Menschen und gesellschaftliche Entwicklungen sowie für Design, Technologie und Wirtschaft.
  • Nice to have: Erfahrung in Pitches und Neugeschäft, Kenntnisse in Kalkulation und Projektsteuerung
