Bei Küstenrad x my Boo machen wir unser Marketing komplett selbst – vom Social-Media-Post über Newsletter, PR und Printmaterialien bis zur großen Veranstaltung. Besonders wichtig ist für uns das Eventmarketing: Wir organisieren eigene Events, Messeauftritte, Kooperationen und Aktionen an unseren Standorten. Du bist dabei nicht nur in der Planung, sondern auch bei der Umsetzung vor Ort mittendrin.

Das lernst und machst du bei uns

  • Du arbeitest an Marketingkampagnen über unterschiedliche Kanäle mit – Social Media, E-Mail-Marketing, PR, Print, POS und mehr.
  • Du unterstützt bei Events von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung: Organisation, Partnerabstimmung, Material, Logistik, Aufbau und Durchführung vor Ort.
  • Du entwickelst Ideen, schreibst Texte und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Content und Werbemitteln.
  • Du lernst, Zielgruppen zu verstehen, Kampagnen zu planen und deren Ergebnisse auszuwerten.
  • Mit der Zeit übernimmst du eigene Projekte und lernst, Timings, Budgets und Ergebnisseim Blick zu behalten.

  • Du interessierst dich für Marketing, Kommunikation, Social Media und Events.
  • Du bist kreativ, hast ein gutes Gespür für Sprache und bringst gerne eigene Ideen ein.
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig und organisiert und traust dir zu, zunehmend eigenständig Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Du bist offen, kommunikativ und gehst gerne auf Menschen zu. Direkter Kontakt zu Kund*innen gehört für dich genauso dazu wie die Arbeit am Schreibtisch.
  • Du hast Lust auf einen Job, bei dem nicht jeder Tag gleich aussieht und bei Events auch mal praktisch angepackt wird.
  • Du bist flexibel und bereit, bei unseren Events und Aktionen gelegentlich auch abends oder am Wochenende mit dabei zu sein.
  • Du besitzt einen Führerschein Klasse B.
  • Erste Erfahrungen aus Praktika, Nebenjobs, Social Media oder eigenen Projekten sind ein Plus – wichtiger ist uns deine Motivation.
