Als Führungskraft mit Entwicklungsperspektive lernst du unsere Stores, Prozesse und Unternehmenskultur kennen und entwickelst dich, abhängig von deiner Erfahrung und deinen Stärken, gezielt in Richtung Filialleitung oder Werkstattleitung weiter.

  • Schrittweise Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung
  • Coaching und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Intensive Einarbeitung in die Abläufe unserer Küstenrad-Filialen
  • Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen Kundenerlebnisses
  • Mitgestaltung von Verkaufsaktionen und lokalen Marketingmaßnahmen
  • Kennenlernen der Bereiche Beratung, Verkauf, Werkstatt und Store-Organisation
  • Begleitung und Steuerung von Projekten innerhalb der Filialen
  • Unterstützung bei Personalplanung, Warenmanagement und Prozessoptimierung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erreichung von Umsatz-, Service- und Qualitätszielen
  • Verantwortung für wirtschaftliche Ergebnisse einzelner Bereich

  • Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel, Handwerk, Service oder einer vergleichbaren Branche. Erste Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.

  • Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Eigeninitiative und den Wunsch, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen

  • Bereitschaft, verschiedene Küstenrad-Standorte kennenzulernen
