Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to support the day-to-day sales activities of our retail business specializing in personal care products. The Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers and understand their personal care and product needs.
  • Recommend suitable personal care products based on customer requirements.
  • Promote products, ongoing promotions, discounts, and new product launches.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Process customer orders and payments accurately.
  • Maintain attractive and well-organized product displays.
  • Monitor product availability and inform the supervisor of low-stock items.
  • Assist with receiving, checking, pricing, and arranging merchandise.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the retail outlet.
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally.
  • Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Keep updated on product features, usage, benefits, and promotions.
  • Assist with stock counts and inventory checks when required.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences and product demand.
  • Follow company policies, retail procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
  • Perform other sales and retail-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in personal care, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG retail is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Good sales and product-promotion skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Able to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays where required.
  • Knowledge of personal care products is an advantage.
  • Physically able to stand for extende
