Responsabilités

  • Assurer le support client et partenaire en français et en anglais par email, chat et téléphone.
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’utilisation de la plateforme : création d’événements, devis, bons de commande, facturation et accès au portail partenaire.
  • Traiter les demandes internationales de premier niveau et orienter les demandes complexes vers les équipes concernées.
  • Vérifier, corriger et mettre à jour les informations des lieux et prestataires sur la plateforme.
  • Garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des contenus publiés : descriptions, photos, capacités et informations pratiques.
  • Identifier les bugs et irritants, contribuer à l’amélioration des outils, process et contenus d’aide.

Compétences nécéssaires

  • Français et anglais courants, à l’écrit comme à l’oral (C1 minimum).
  • Première expérience en service client ou support, idéalement dans un environnement B2B ou SaaS .
  • Excellente qualité rédactionnelle et bonne capacité à communiquer clairement.
  • Rigueur, sens du détail et capacité à vérifier des informations avec précision.
  • Organisation, autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs missions selon les priorités.
  • À l’aise avec les outils digitaux, le ticketing, la téléphonie et les outils IA.

Autres conditions requises

  • Expérience probante dans le domaine de la relation client et des centres d’appels et/ou dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie.
  • Horaires flexibles: 24/7 (Jour, nuit, week-end).
