Responsabilités

  • Recevoir et traiter les demandes techniques des clients (Wi-Fi, appareils connectés, etc)
  • Fournir un premier diagnostic et une assistance à distance.
  • Accompagner les clients ou les équipes sur site dans l'utilisation et la configuration des produits (via téléphone, email ou chat)
  • Remonter les incidents complexes aux niveaux techniques supérieurs (niveau 2/3) ou aux équipes R&D
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des tickets jusqu’à leur clôture ou leur transfert, tout en garantissant la satisfaction client.

Compétences nécéssaires

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat ou supérieur
  • Bilingue français/anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Connaissance de base des réseaux (Wi-Fi, IP, navigateurs, etc.)
  • à l’aise avec les outils informatiques (CRM, outils de ticketing, messagerie technique)

Agréable d'avoir

  • Disponible pour travailler en équipe 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7.
  • Expérience dans un projet technique est un vrai plus
  • Orienté(e) service à la clientèle et la résolution des problèmes.
