Stiamo cercando un Aviation Consultant - Project Manager esperto in progetti aeroportuali (airside e landside), capace di guidare team multidisciplinari e gestire progetti complessi dall’inizio alla fine, garantendo il rispetto di tempi, costi, qualità, rischi e requisiti normativi e operativi.

Principali Responsabilità:

Come Aviation Consultant – Project Manager, avrai un ruolo attivo nello sviluppo e nel coordinamento di progetti complessi, in ambito aeroportuale. In particolare, ti occuperai di:

  • Gestione end-to-end di progetti aeroportuali complessi (airside e landside), assicurando controllo di tempi, costi, qualità, rischi e target di sostenibilità.
  • Leadership e coordinamento di team multidisciplinari (junior e specialisti), con pianificazione delle attività, definizione di ruoli/responsabilità e revisione qualità dei deliverable. Supervisionare la produzione e la revisione di elaborati tecnici e grafici assicurando l’allineamento con i requisiti operativi aeroportuali, gli standard internazionali (ICAO, EASA, IATA) e le best practice di settore.
  • Collaborare con architetti, ingegneri, operatori aeroportuali, consulenti specialistici e stakeholder istituzionali, assicurando la coerenza tra scelte strategiche e requisiti tecnici, normativi e operativi.
  • Partecipare a sopralluoghi, riunioni di coordinamento e review di progetto, fungendo da principale punto di contatto tra il Cliente e il team di progetto.
  • Supportare la preparazione di presentazioni strategiche, report tecnici, documentazione di progetto e materiali di supporto per clienti, investitori e stakeholder, contribuendo ai processi decisionali e di approvazione

Requisiti:

  • Laurea magistrale in Aviation Management, Ingegneria Aeronautica/Aerospaziale, Trasporti, Ingegneria Civile con specializzazione aeroportuale, o titolo equivalente in ambito aviation.
  • Esperienza professionale di almeno 5 anni in società di consulenza, ingegneria o operatori aeroportuali su progetti di infrastrutture di trasporto, preferibilmente in ambito aeroportuale
  • Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi in ambito aviation, inclusi pianificazione, coordinamento delle attività, gestione delle interfacce e controllo di tempi e deliverable.
  • Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata, in contesti tecnici e internazionali.
  • Attitudine proattiva, orientamento al problem solving e capacità di sviluppare in autonomia soluzioni tecniche e progettuali coerenti con i requisiti operativi aeroportuali.
  • Capacità di lavorare efficacemente in team multidisciplinari e internazionali, gestendo le proprie attività in autonomia e nel rispetto delle scadenze.
