Wonka · Remote or Brussels (Diegem) · Internship, 3 days a week, 6 months
About Us
Wonka helps companies adopt AI for their business. With Wonka, teams can easily integrate AI and solve their day-to-day problems. We have worked with more than 200 companies and are currently serving thousands of users every day on our AI adoption platform. We are a small team of 30+ passionate people, driven by the mission to help non-technical people surf the AI wave.
About the Role
As Customer Support Intern, you will be the first line of support for WonkaChat users. You will answer their questions by email and in our customer support channels, and make sure every request ends with an answer. You will also turn user problems into clear bug reports and keep our feedback tracker clean, so the product and IT teams know what to fix first. You do not need to be technical, but you do need to be patient with non-technical users and structured enough to turn a vague complaint into a precise report.
What You Will Do
- Answer user questions by email and in the customer support channels, in French, Dutch and English.
- Reproduce reported bugs and document them clearly, with steps, screenshots and impact, before handing them to the IT team.
- Sort incoming feedback into bugs, feature requests and questions, and keep the feedback tracker up to date.
- Help prepare the weekly feedback digest for the product team, which currently covers around 50 items a week.
- Support new customers during onboarding with account setup, first-use questions and short how-to sessions.
- Write and update help articles, FAQs and short guides based on the questions that keep coming back.
- Test new releases and report anything that no longer works as it should.
What a Typical Work Week Looks Like
- Monday: You clear the inbox that built up over the weekend, sort the new messages and flag two urgent bugs to the IT team.
- Tuesday: You reproduce a file upload bug reported by a customer and write the ticket. In the afternoon, you join a customer onboarding call with a colleague in sales.
- Wednesday: You write a help article on connecting Odoo to WonkaChat, after the same question came in three times.
- Thursday: You test the new platform release and follow up with the users whose issues are now fixed.
- Friday: You prepare the weekly feedback digest with our CPO and end your week by sharing the main trends with the team.
What You Will Bring
Core Competencies
- You are a bachelor's or master's student who can sign an internship agreement, with a valid permit to do an internship in Belgium.
- Clear, friendly written communication and patience with non-technical users.
- A structured mind: you can turn a vague complaint into a precise bug report.
- Comfort with SaaS tools and curiosity about AI.
- French or Dutch, plus good written English. All internal communications at Wonka are in English.
- Availability for 3 days a week, or 24 hours spread over the week, for 6 months.
Nice to Have
- You use ChatGPT, Claude or similar tools a lot.
- Experience in customer service, a helpdesk or a student job with customers.
- Basic knowledge of Odoo, Microsoft 365 or Slack.
- Dutch or French as a second language.
Note on fit: If you meet most of the must-haves and are genuinely excited about the rest, apply. Research consistently finds that people, especially women, pass on roles they would do well in because a requirements list reads like a checklist. No prior experience is required for this internship.
How We Work
You will spend your first week on live tickets alongside our CPO, on site or by video call, with access to the support channels, the tracker and test accounts. After that, you own the support inbox, with a weekly review with your manager. You can work remotely, and our office in Diegem is open to you whenever you want to come in.
In exchange, we offer a front-row seat on an AI product used by thousands of people every day, with direct influence on what gets fixed and built next. You will learn how a SaaS product is supported and improved: support processes, bug triage, writing for users, working with developers and running a product feedback loop.
