En Horizon Consulting & Innovation buscamos sumar un/a Project Manager Sr para acompañar un importante desafío de transformación tecnológica dentro de una organización argentina con múltiples unidades de negocio.

El desafío será liderar proyectos estratégicos de tecnología con foco en datos, automatización y digitalización de procesos, con impacto en los negocios Inmobiliario (renta y venta) y Agropecuario, así como en distintas áreas de soporte como Contabilidad, Administración y RRHH.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia comprobable liderando proyectos tecnológicos de punta a punta.
  • Experiencia en planificación, seguimiento y control de alcance, cronograma, presupuesto, riesgos, hitos y entregables.
  • Experiencia coordinando equipos técnicos, áreas de negocio, sponsors, PMO y proveedores.
  • Experiencia o conocimiento en proyectos vinculados a datos, automatización de procesos, Business Intelligence o digitalización.
  • Capacidad de comunicación ejecutiva y seguimiento con distintos niveles de la organización.

Valoramos

  • Experiencia con QlikView o Qlik Sense.
  • Experiencia o conocimiento en Microsoft Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric o migraciones de plataformas de datos.
  • Participación en iniciativas de Gobierno de Datos.
  • Conocimiento de procesos administrativos, contables o áreas de soporte.
  • Experiencia en compañías con múltiples unidades de negocio o estructuras matriciales.

Principales desafíos

  • Liderar proyectos tecnológicos de punta a punta.
  • Planificar, ejecutar, monitorear y cerrar proyectos de datos, automatización y digitalización de procesos.
  • Gestionar alcance, cronograma, presupuesto, riesgos, hitos, entregables y desvíos.
  • Coordinar equipos técnicos, áreas de negocio, PMO, sponsors y proveedores.
  • Gestionar stakeholders y facilitar la toma de decisiones y resolución de bloqueos.
  • Elaborar y presentar reportes de avance, riesgos, desvíos, decisiones requeridas y próximos pasos.
  • Participar en iniciativas de Business Intelligence, Gobierno de Datos y migración de plataformas de datos.
  • Promover soluciones digitales que generen eficiencia en la compañía.
