En Horizon Consulting & Innovation estamos buscando un/a Scrum Master para acompañar a equipos que trabajan en proyectos de transformación digital dentro de importantes empresas multinacionales.

Buscamos una persona apasionada por la agilidad, con experiencia facilitando equipos y promoviendo una cultura de mejora continua, colaboración y autogestión.

¿Cuál será tu desafío?

  • Facilitar los eventos de Scrum (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective y Refinement) en distintos equipos o squads.
  • Acompañar a los equipos para potenciar su autogestión y evolución.
  • Promover el cumplimiento de los marcos ágiles definidos por la organización (Scrum, Kanban u otros).
  • Trabajar junto al Product Owner en el refinamiento y priorización del Product Backlog.
  • Identificar y ayudar a resolver impedimentos y dependencias que afecten el trabajo del equipo.
  • Definir y analizar métricas que impulsen la mejora continua.
  • Facilitar espacios de colaboración entre equipos y distintas áreas de la organización.
  • Contribuir a la evolución de las prácticas ágiles dentro de nuestros clientes.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Más de 2 años de experiencia desempeñándote como Scrum Master.
  • Experiencia facilitando equipos de trabajo y aplicando los eventos de Scrum.
  • Conocimiento práctico de Scrum, Kanban u otros marcos ágiles.
  • Experiencia trabajando con productos digitales o squads enfocados en la evolución de productos tecnológicos.
  • Capacidad para identificar dependencias, remover impedimentos y acompañar a los equipos en su crecimiento.
  • Excelente comunicación, habilidades de facilitación y orientación a la mejora continua.

Deseable

  • Experiencia en empresas de software o Banca.
  • Formación universitaria en Sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Certificaciones en metodologías ágiles.
