En Horizon Consulting & Innovation estamos buscando un/a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Seguridad de la Información.

La posición participará en proyectos regionales de gestión de identidades, gobierno de accesos e integración de aplicaciones corporativas, combinando capacidades funcionales y técnicas.

El rol tendrá interacción con áreas de negocio, proveedores y equipos tecnológicos, con foco en comprender necesidades, evaluar alternativas y diseñar soluciones alineadas con la arquitectura y estrategia de la compañía.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Administrar y evolucionar la plataforma OpenText Identity Manager (Micro Focus Identity Manager).
  • Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar integraciones y conectores entre sistemas corporativos.
  • Participar en reuniones con áreas de negocio y equipos técnicos para relevar requerimientos y necesidades.
  • Traducir requerimientos funcionales en soluciones técnicas escalables y seguras.
  • Evaluar la factibilidad técnica, impacto y riesgos asociados a nuevas iniciativas.
  • Participar en proyectos de onboarding de aplicaciones al ecosistema IAM.
  • Implementar y optimizar procesos de provisión, desaprovisión y gobierno de identidades.
  • Colaborar con equipos de Seguridad, Infraestructura, Arquitectura, Aplicaciones y Desarrollo.
  • Participar en iniciativas de automatización, transformación digital y mejora continua.
  • Elaborar documentación funcional y técnica de las soluciones implementadas.

Requisitos excluyentes

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Experiencia comprobable en OpenText Identity Manager / Micro Focus Identity Manager.
  • Experiencia desarrollando e implementando integraciones y conectores IAM.
  • Experiencia trabajando con clientes o entornos corporativos que utilicen OpenText Identity Manager.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de: IAM (Identity & Access Management) IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) Gobierno de Identidades RBAC y gestión de roles Ciclo de vida de usuarios (Joiner, Mover y Leaver)
  • Experiencia con: Active Directory Microsoft Azure Microsoft Entra ID LDAP APIs REST/SOAP Web Services
  • Conocimientos de Seguridad de la Información.
  • Inglés avanzado, oral y escrito.
  • Certificaciones vigentes o experiencia equivalente en IAM, Seguridad o tecnologías Microsoft.

Competencias excluyentes

  • Capacidad para interactuar con usuarios, áreas de negocio, proveedores y equipos técnicos.
  • Habilidad para comprender necesidades funcionales y transformarlas en soluciones técnicas.
  • Visión integral de arquitectura y entendimiento de dependencias entre sistemas.
  • Capacidad analítica para evaluar alternativas y recomendar soluciones.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y documentación.
  • Autonomía para liderar análisis técnicos y participar en proyectos transversales.

Se valorará especialmente

  • Certificaciones Microsoft, como SC-300, SC-100 o equivalentes.
  • Certificaciones de Seguridad, como CISSP, CISM, etc.
  • Certificaciones o formación específica en OpenText / Micro Focus Identity Manager.
  • Experiencia en entornos híbridos On-Premise y Cloud.
  • Experiencia con MFA, SSO y federación de identidades.
  • Conocimientos de PowerShell y automatización.
