Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of technicians working on low current and/ or renewable energy projects.
  • Assign tasks and ensure that work is completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Support technicians with troubleshooting, technical guidance, and safety measures.
  • Perform site assessments and oversee installation and maintenance processes.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and technical standards.
  • Track progress on projects and manage resources effectively.
  • Provide regular feedback and training to technicians to improve performance.
  • Handle any issues or delays that may arise on-site and find solutions quickly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering.
  • Proven experience as a technician in low current systems and / or renewable energy.
  • At least 2–3 years of leadership experience, guiding teams in technical projects.
  • Strong knowledge of low current systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) and/or solar energy systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience handling multiple tasks at once.
  • Valid driver’s license and flexibility to work in different work sites.
