Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Python automation for Loans, KYC, AML, onboarding and compliance processes.
  • Build scripts, services, utilities, REST APIs and microservices.
  • Integrate enterprise systems, databases, APIs and workflow platforms.
  • Support Copilot Studio agents through custom Python services/integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and optimise automation for performance and scalability.
  • Support testing, tuning and deployment activities.
  • Prepare technical documentation.

Must Have

  • Strong Python development skills.
  • Flask / FastAPI / Django.
  • REST APIs & web services.
  • SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL.
  • Enterprise and third-party system integrations.
  • Git & DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of workflow automation.

Good to Have

  • Banking experience in Loans/KYC/AML.
  • Copilot Studio integration.
  • Azure Functions / Logic Apps / cloud-native development.
  • Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Agile/Scrum.
