The posting

Be responsible for the company’s overseas business in Southeast Asia, explore the characteristics of overseas IT services, identify overseas business opportunities, and match them with the company's service capabilities for implementation.

Built the local teams and to identify potential business opportunities and business directions in each market.

Develop differentiated business development strategies based on the IT industry characteristics and business resources.

Integrate internal and external resources, actively seek business breakthroughs, continuously explore various IT business needs of customers, maximize business progress and ultimately achieve business landing.

Assist the general manager in establishing comprehensive sales strategies, studying the development trends of software outsourcing /ITO industry and setting annual and monthly sales targets.

Make and organize the implementation of complete sales plans, divide the sales targets according to different market areas and customer types, supervise the implementation of sales plans, timely report the sales progress to the general manager and fulfill the annual sales target.

Develop new customers including but not limited to customer analysis, exploration of customer needs, provision of need-oriented and customized services, establishment and maintenance of long-term cooperation.

Collect, sort out and summarize the customer information, establish customer-related database information, conduct thorough analysis of customers and to prepare for further development of customer.
