About the Role

A strategic IC role for a recruiter who operates more like a talent advisor than a pipeline manager. You will own hiring for South, West Regions of myHQ, our fastest-growing market for business. You will work closely with city leadership and the TA Lead to drive end-to-end hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the South, West Region hiring mandates end-to-end: from team growth plans to Day 1 onboarding
  • Hire across levels: ICs, managers, and senior hires for the business vertical
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for Commercial leasing / sales roles
  • Build myHQ's talent brand in the Industry across peers, competitors, campuses
  • Provide market insights and hiring updates by tracking competition and identifying opportunities to close hiring faster
  • Challenge weak briefs, flag poor hiring patterns, and push for structured repeatable processes
  • Understand role expectations, targets, and success metrics of the business and translate that to better hiring
  • Ensure positions are closed within defined SLA timelines by proactively creating talent pools for recurring roles
  • Manage agency relationships selectively: for niche roles, not as a default
  • Track hiring metrics: time-to-hire, offer acceptance, interview-to-offer ratio
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and hiring dashboards
  • Own the campus hiring process for a few campuses

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in TA, with the last 2–3 years in a senior recruiter or partner capacity
  • Experience hiring (6 years+ work experience) for high-growth startups or B2B sales teams is a strong advantage
  • Can run a structured hiring process independently and convince hiring managers to follow it
  • Strong candidate sourcing capability and excellent stakeholder management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in B2B sales hiring, especially commercial real estate preferred
