👉Missions

L'équipe Back-Office Activation s'agrandit et recherche un nouveau profil de Gestionnaire de contrats en CDD. Sous la responsabilité de Myriam, notre Responsable Back-Office, votre rôle consistera à gérer des tâches administratives et opérationnelles liés à l’activité contrat du pôle Energy Services du groupe.

  • Assurer la bonne activation quotidienne des contrats clients et le suivi de bout en bout des dossiers de raccordement et de mise en service,
  • Gérer un portefeuille client installateurs et autoposeurs : suivi de l’activité, accompagnement dans la compréhension des process, support et clarification des étapes de raccordement et de mise en service,
  • Effectuer et suivre les demandes de raccordement, mise en service et modifications contractuelles ou réseaux auprès des gestionnaires de réseaux de distribution,
  • Veiller au respect des délais de traitement par les partenaires, prestataires et gestionnaires de réseaux,
  • Assurer la gestion quotidienne des tickets (demandes clients, demandes internes, réclamations…), en garantissant leur traitement dans les délais,
  • Garantir la mise à jour des systèmes d'information et contribuer à la fiabilité et cohérence des données,
  • Participer à la résolution des problématiques opérationnelles (réclamations clients, non-respect de process, incohérences techniques…),
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des process du service et à la mise à jour de la base de connaissance interne.

👉Ce poste est fait pour vous si

  • Vous possédez une formation (Bac+2/3) dans le domaine de la gestion administrative et/ou vous bénéficiez d’une expérience d’au moins 3 ans en qualité de gestionnaire back-office (contrat, facturation, administration des ventes,etc.
  • Vous êtes méthodique avec une excellente capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Votre autonomie, votre adaptabilité et votre sens de l’écoute sont des éléments clés pour ce poste
