👉Missions

L'équipe facturation s'agrandit, nous sommes à la recherche d'un nouveau profil de Data Analyst Facturation. Sous la responsabilité de Caroline , notre Responsable Facturation Energy, vous serez responsable de la fiabilité et la conformité des opérations de facturation clients, selon les procédures internes et les exigences réglementaires.

Vous aurez pour mission d’assurer le bon déroulement du processus de facturation, traiter les réclamations et litiges de niveau 2, et accompagner le service client sur les problématiques de facturation.

  • Gestion opérationnelle de la facturation

-Collecter et intégrer les données dans nos outils de facturation

-Procéder aux batchs de facturation et d'échéanciers

-Contrôler la justesse des factures et la cohérence des données

-Analyser les erreurs d'intégration pour appliquer les correctifs nécessaires dans les flux

-Participer au suivi de facturation clients et remonter les éventuelles erreurs

-Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus de facturation

  • Traitement des réclamations et litiges

-Analyser les réclamations clients liées à la facturation.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes (commerce, service client, comptabilité) pour résoudre les litiges.
  • Suivre les cas jusqu’à leur résolution complète.

-Support de niveau 2 au service client

-Apporter un appui technique et opérationnel aux équipes du service client sur les sujets de facturation.

  • Participer à la formation et à la montée en compétence des interlocuteurs internes sur les processus de facturation.

La maitrise d'Excel est indispensable pour ce poste !

  • Expérience : 2 à 3 ans minimum dans un poste similaire.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (maîtrise d'Excel indispensable, CRM).
  • Connaissance des processus de facturation.
  • Rigueur, organisation et autonomie.
  • Capacité à gérer les priorités et à travailler en équipe. Bon relationnel et sens du service client

☀️La connaissance du monde de l’énergie est un plus.

  • Etude de cas dans nos locaux avec Caroline et Thibaud, VP responsable fournisseur énergie (2h)
